This fact involves a great blow to all those PTC sites administrators who have now their accounts under inspection, as they have not access to their funds, neither for sending nor for receiving any money. Experienced PTC users shouldn't be very surprised to see the measure taken by PayPal, above all after countless frauds committed by several dishonest PTC sides owners. This facts resulted in a drastic but necessary decision. Taking into account the high number of PTC daily money transactions that have been made for the last few years and the consistent profit obtained by PayPal for each of them, there is obviously a good reason for the company to decide to dispense with such substantial revenue: the reiterated and numerous complaints and/or chargebacks placed by scammed members.

Despite what some PTC sites' administrators are already asserting, PayPal is not going to reject intemediation with all current PTC business sites, but will only accept a very selected number of them, and this would be a sign of reliability that will surely be appreciated by all users.

• September 22. William Jackson, co-owner of Earn3.com and Extra10.com, sold both sites to Mike Pratt and Mark Crocker, controversial administrators who own lots of paid to click programs (SplurgeBux, AuroraBux, NemoJrClicks, GotBux, Kooplinks...)

• PayPal blocked the account of ThinkBux's administrator.

• September 16. Another program with instant payment is launched: SandraClicks

• May 29. ClixMania.net, labeled as one of the best PTC programs, disappears.

• May 12. Extra10.com. launched by William Jackson andhis partner Dennis.

• May 1. One of the administrators (Preston, also called Cronus) of the TitanCash Network is selling all the websites except AdverCash.NET.

• May 1. AdverBux.com, considered one of the few stable PTC programs, will from now on only accept members from three countries.

• May 1. The administrator of TheClickers launches a similar program: Cash-Harvest.com.
